I’m a PhD student at the University of Wisconsin-Madison in the Department of Medical Physics. I’m interested in using COMKAT for kinetic modelling of FDG in the left ventricle of human subjects. We are doing a study on the cardiac metabolism and function in response to a hypoxia challenge, looking to better understand the physiology underlying increased heart failure rates in young adults born pre-term.
