I am a PhD. student at Florida Institute of Technology, computer science department. My research area of interest is analyzing dynamic SPECT data. The main focus was to estimate reliable time activity curves (TACs) from inconsistent SPECT data. Then next estimate and compare the kinetic parameters from the data using different methods proposed in literature including COMKAT tool. This research is curried out in collaboration with Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory (LBNL).
